and timely information on the socio-economic performance of Jamaica. The PIOJ will

2. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy
The Planning Institute of Jamaica does not provide for returns, cancellations or
refunds due to the nature of the goods and on-line method of delivery of its data
and publications.
3. Delivery
The PIOJ will endeavour to ship ordered publications within 2 business days, once
the item is available. After you have placed your order, inventory will be checked
and then you will be sent and email containing your order summary and the dates
it is expected that your merchandise will be packed and ready for shipment. Once
your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will be sent an email confirming
that it is ready to ship.
Shipping costs have been included in the price of the hard copy publications.
4. Export Restrictions
There are no export restrictions for our publications.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This website, these terms and conditions and any dispute or question of law arising
therefrom shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with Jamaican
Law. The user consents to the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
